The Universe speaks to us in whispers and if we don't listen, it'll give us a kick in the butt until
we do (in my case, literally!). I know first hand how daily stress and pressure of a busy life
can dull our energy and affect our mind, body and soul to manifest into illness and disease.
This is "where" and "why" my healing journey began. I released my career of over 25 years
in the beauty industry to empower myself with the understanding, knowledge and tools to
Illuminate my light and health from the inside out. This is my passion and I am grateful and
honoured for the opportunity to share this specialized knowledge with you.

I practice holistic modalities that inspire and empower you to "Illuminate Mind, Body & Soul".
These include yoga, gentle movement and meditation classes, healing and balancing
Reiki Therapy and a variety of energy medicine techniques.
I am the Creatrix of empowering workshops, masterclasses and programs that include
self care rituals, dream boards, goal setting and Divine Woman Circles. ​
